Scoopful

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Scoopful ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Scoops N Swirls Ice Cream LLP, based in Bengaluru, India. This page explains what information we collect through www.scoopful.in, why, and what choices you have.

1. What we collect

We keep this deliberately minimal:

We do not collect payment information on this site — orders are placed through WhatsApp, Swiggy, or Zomato, each governed by that platform's own privacy policy.

2. How we use it

3. Cookies

We use a single analytics cookie (Google Analytics) only after you accept the cookie banner. You can decline at any time, and can clear cookies through your browser settings to withdraw consent later.

4. Scoopy chat assistant

Scoopy is an automated assistant on our site. It runs entirely in your browser and answers from information built into this website. What you type is not sent to us, to an AI provider, or to any other third party. Please don't type personal details into the chat.

To keep the conversation going as you move between pages, your browser holds it for the current tab session only; it is cleared when you close the tab. When Scoopy points you to WhatsApp and you open it, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation.

5. Third-party links

This site links to WhatsApp, Swiggy, Zomato, Google, and Instagram. Once you leave our site through one of those links, their own privacy policy applies — we don't control or take responsibility for their practices.

6. Data retention

Contact form submissions and enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and for basic business record-keeping, then deleted periodically.

7. Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to scoopsnswirlsicecream@gmail.com.

8. Contact

Questions about this policy: scoopsnswirlsicecream@gmail.com or +91 90194 14130.

This policy is a plain-language summary drafted for a small business and hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer. If you need this to meet a specific legal or regulatory standard, have it checked by one before relying on it.
